How long does it take to receive content?
Typically, you'll start receiving creator applications 1-3 business days after launching a creative brief. The speed at which you hire creators and ship your product, if required, can result in receiving content in as few as 7-10 business days.
What if I don't like the content I've received?
First, ensure your requirements are precisely stated in your creative brief to avoid misunderstandings. If the content received deviates from these specifications, you have the option for up to three revisions. Provide the creator with specific feedback for them to make necessary adjustments. If, after providing feedback, the creator still doesn't meet the brief's requirements, our moderation team will intervene to assist in resolving the issue, which may include arranging a refund.
How many revisions am I allowed before accepting the content?
According to our Terms & Conditions, you are allowed up to three revisions before accepting the content. It's important to remember that your feedback and requests for revisions must align with the original brief; introducing new instructions beyond the initial brief is not permitted. This ensures that revisions are focused on achieving the goals set out from the start.
Who owns the content created on Insense?
By agreeing to our Terms of Service, creators on Insense grant brands full digital rights once the content is approved and the creator is compensated. While the copyright of the content remains with the creator, protected under copyright law, they grant you usage rights. This means the creator retains ownership and copyright but issues a license that allows you to use the content under specified conditions. Full digital rights grant brands perpetual digital rights to copy, display, share, upload, distribute, store, modify, create derivative works from, and use the content across all digital marketing channels, including social media, websites, digital newsletters, blogs, and email marketing. These rights extend to agencies' clients as well.
Additionally, for those seeking full intellectual property rights, our managed services offer the option to sign an additional contract with creators. For more detailed information, book a call with our sales representative
